At McIntyre Equipment we understand that you need your goods as soon as possible. For this very reason, we use the fastest freighting service possible to your destination keeping in mind that freight costs are of high concern.
We offer postage using Australia Post Express Satchels and TNT freight for larger parcels. Freight for parcels is based on box size and weight. These option are available for delivery within and outside Australia, as well as an express option.
For local delivery and in some other limited areas we can use couriers. Our preferred courier is Couriers Please.
We will combine postage, once you have finished shopping please request a total before you make payment so we can adjust postage accordingly.
We do accept pick up from our warehouse at Stafford, QLD but only with prior arrangement.
We offer international shipping. Please contact us to arrange postage quote before purchasing.
All items are packed to the best of our ability. We do not accept any responsibility for parcels once they have left our warehouse. But we will try out best to help resolve any issues that may sometimes arise.

Online Returns Policy
Should you wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund please follow the steps below.
However, please note that items which have been modified or come with an expiry date may not be able to be returned for credit.
Goods for return must also be wrapped securely in a good box including the original packaging using strong tape.
Include inside the package a copy of the invoice we sent with your purchase and tell us why you are returning your purchase and what action you wish us to take.
Be sure your package is insured for freight and any other costs are prepaid. We don’t accept freight deliveries to our account or responsibility for loss or damage to returned parcels. If you are in doubt about a return, please contact us and we shall advise you.
McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd will accept goods for return in accordance with this Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This Returns Policy is not intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Process for return of Product
Where the Customer Service Department has determined that a claim should be granted the customer will be issued with a Return Number (RN).
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, please note that McIntyre Equipment will not accept product returned without a RN and once a RN has been issued the product must be returned within 21 calendar days.
All goods for return should be unmarked and complete with instruction books and accessories as supplied at the time of purchase.
Refund or Credit
Where a warranty claim is granted, the refund will include all delivery and related costs for the goods. No refund or replacement will be granted until we have received the goods from you and the goods have been approved for refund.
Replacement
Where a replacement claim under warranty is granted, the replacement will be delivered to you at McIntyre Equipment’s expense after we have received the returned goods.
McIntyre Equipment Returns Policy
This policy sets out the circumstances in which goods supplied by McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd to a customer (you) will be accepted for return. This policy is in addition to any rights you have at law including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Act).
No Change of Minds Return
Please choose carefully as McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd does not accept return of goods because you change your mind or make the wrong decision about McIntyre Equipment’s goods or services.
Proof of Purchase
All goods submitted for assessment must be accompanied by proof of purchase either by providing a receipt or other proof of transaction.
Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law recognises that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.
Assessment of Goods for Return
McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess the eligibility of goods for return (including the condition and age of goods) BEFORE accepting them as returned.
All goods submitted for assessment must be unmarked and complete with instruction books and accessories as supplied as part of the purchase.
Please note it may be necessary for the manufacturer of the goods to inspect the goods in order to assess eligibility for return. McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd will endeavour to procure such assessment within a reasonable time.
If any item that contains a fuel source and needs to be returned, then for safety reasons these items must be returned empty.
While goods are being assessed, McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd will not be deemed to have accepted the goods for return.
When Goods will be accepted for return
McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd will accept goods for return only after assessment as set out above, where the goods:
1. Fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Act; or
2. Are subject to any express warranty given by:
(a) McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd; or
(b) The manufacturer of the goods,
and the goods are returned within the time nominated in that warranty.
What happens when goods are accepted for return?
Subject to any obligation of McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd at law to the contrary, when McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd accepts goods for return:
1. for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd may either:
(a) have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time; or
(b) provide a refund of the amount paid for the goods;
2. under express warranty, McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd may either repair or replace the goods or offer a refund in accordance with the express warranty.
If you reject the goods purchased from McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd, you must return the goods to McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd. If the goods cannot be returned without major cost to you as prescribed under the Act you may ask McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd to collect the goods.
If goods are accepted for repair, McIntyre Equipment Pty Ltd will undertake such repairs within a reasonable time. All repairs will be undertaken as prescribed under the Act.
Goods not accepted for return
Subject to any obligation at law to the contrary, including under the Act, certain goods will not be accepted for return because of their nature, including the following:
1. hygiene and personal products;
2. gift cards;
3. special orders; and
4. products outside of their expiry date
Prescribed information regarding repair of goods:
Goods returned for repair which are capable of retaining “user-generated data” as defined under the Act, may as a result of the repair, be subject to loss of data.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
