Megapulse

Overview

Batteries are a degrading technology and modern vehicles place high loads on electrical systems and batteries which in turn increases battery degradation causing system voltage losses. If no action is taken then the result is more frequent battery replacements or increased fuel consumption.

Megapulse is an electronic device which is installed directly onto the battery terminals and will eliminate electrical system faults by reducing battery degradation.

Megapulse induces 5300 pulses per second into the battery in response to the internal health of the battery re-energizing inactive material and returning it to active duty where it can once again create energy. The system works with all types of batteries except lithium and nicad.

Megapulse has been tested by the CSIRO as well as many commercial operators.

Overview

Many marine DC systems use lead acid batteries to power a range of onboard equipment as well as the vessel itself. When these batteries start to fail due to sulphation, it creates high internal resistance and low voltage causing stress on the electrical system or components. Megapulse offers a solution by inducing 5300 pulses per second into the battery at various amplitude to target the crystallization of the lead acid deposits.

Overview

Many truck DC systems use lead acid batteries to power a range of onboard equipment as well as the truck itself. When these batteries start to fail due to sulphation, it creates high internal resistance and low voltage causing stress on the electrical system or components. Megapulse offers a solution by inducing 5300 pulses per second into the battery at various amplitude to target the crystallization of the lead acid deposits. Megapulse has proven success across various branded trucks including Scania and Volvo.
