McIntyre Equipment Pty Limited was appointed distributor for VETUS in 2004 and now sells its complete product range being Marine Diesel Engines, Generators, Engine Equipment and Marine Accessories.

 

The appointment of McIntyre Equipment represents a new era for VETUS in Australia as it is the first time that one distributor has been able to sell its entire product range.

 

The Dutch manufacturer VETUS N.V. started its business over 40 years ago with just a few accessory lines and today boasts an extensive catalogue of products. Based in Schiedam, Holland the company's principle has been to design and develop exclusive VETUS marine accessories in-house and to leave manufacturing and assembly to specialised third parties.

VETUS N.V manufactures a range of Marine Diesel Engines from 11 to 80.3 Hp and 140 to 250 Hp. All the engines are available with ZF Transmissions or ZF Hurth Sail Drive for all the yellow range of VETUS Marine Diesel Engines and Mercruiser Stern Drives for the new VF range.

 

The range of VETUS Generators starts at 4kva and ranges to as high as 30kva in 1500, 1800, 3000 and 3600 Rpm models. All VETUS Generators come complete as standard with an exhaust and water intake system.
